The Gathering Place Task Force maintains the mission, philosophy, and application of the ministry. In short, The GP Task Force helps keep, “the main thing the main thing.” It’s Jesus and teenagers.
Staying relevant to teenagers is a critical dialogue that must continually take place. The context of ministry is always changing, but the content never changes. The Task Force is diligently glancing in the rear view mirror of the legacy that’s been established, focusing on the present to make sure we’re impacting teenagers today, and dreaming about the possibilities God may be opening to us in the future.
The Task Force is made up of volunteers from various churches, various ages, and various history with The GP, all with one thing in common, wanting to see God transform the lives of teenagers through a dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ.
