The Gathering Place is NOT the church but a resource for the church. Many area churches see the value of having this ministry as a resource that connects teenagers for healthy opportunities to not just hear about Christian leadership, but to put it into practice. Several local and regional churches invest financially in the programs of The Gathering Place. A new initiative is underway to encourage churches that attend the Main Event on a regular basis to make a financial commitment to support this ministry. Youth pastors have told us: “We spend thousands on Sunday School curriculum…the Main Event is better than any book” and “I’d rather give to The GP than spend money taking my students to an amusement park.” Please consider partnering with us!
